PLAYING COLLEGE FOOTBALL FANTASY PICK’EM

Our Fantasy Pick’em game provides stats on every major college football game and and asks you to make higher/lower picks depending on how you think the game will go. Get your picks correct and you win!

You can make between two and twelve selections, and the more correct picks you get means a bigger payout. Getting 2 from 2 picks correct pays out 3 times your stake, up to a market-leading x1,500 for 12 correct fantasy picks.

HOW THE COLLEGE FOOTBALL SEASON WORKS

The NCAA College Football regular season runs from the end of August until the middle of December. The post-season consists of the College Football Playoff system, which since 2024 has expanded to include the 12 best college teams in the nation.

Five of the 12 places usually go to the winners of the ‘Power 5 Conferences: SEC; Big Ten; ACC; Big 12 and Pac-12. One more conference winner is chosen from the strongest ‘Group of Five Conference’, which consists of AAC; Mountain West; Sun Belt; Conference USA and MAC.

The other six playoff berths go to the best performing teams that did not win their conferences, and again often include Power of 5 Conferences but can also go to teams from other conferences and Independents like Notre Dame and Navy.

All teams are seeded, with the top 4 getting a bye to the quarterfinals while the remaining 8 play first round games. The CFB playoff quarterfinals, semifinals and final all take place at neutral stadiums, with the QFs and SFs rotating among the six New Year Bowl Games. The CFP National Championship game takes place in late January.

TYPES OF HIGHER/LOWER FOOTBALL PICKS

Playing CFB Pick’em simply involves picking higher or lower than a given player or team statistic.

Here are the different pick’em options which are potentially available when playing Fantasy College Football Pick’em at SportsMillions. Note that not every option will be offered on every game/player:

• Field Goals Made: Decide whether a kicker will hit more or fewer kicks than the given stat, bearing in mind that college coaches are often more aggressive on 4th down than in the NFL.
• Kicking Points: How many points will a team or kicker score in total over the course of the game.
• Passing Attempts: Guess whether the QB will beat a given number of pass attempts, even if those passes are not successful.
• Passing Completions: This stat is all about completed passes, and again you need to decide whether the quarterback beats the stat or not.
• Passing Touchdowns: College football games often result in greater number of TDs than the pro game, and this stat measures passing touchdowns only.
• Passing Yards: Will a team or quarterback finish with higher/lower passing yards for the game than a given stat.
• Receiving & Rushing Touchdowns: How many TDs will be scored by passing and rushing combined.
• Receiving & Rushing Yards: Pick the total yards of offense to be higher or lower than the suggested number.
• Receiving Touchdowns: The number of TD receptions a selected player will make in the game.
• Receiving Yards: Total receiving yards for the game to be higher or lower than the stat displayed.
• Receptions: Pick the total number of receptions for a player during the game.
• Rushing Attempts: How many attempts at rushing will the team or player make.
• Rushing Touchdowns: Pick the number of rushing scores to be higher or lower than the stat line.
• Rushing Yards: Decide whether your player or team will enjoy a productive game on the ground.
• Tackles & Assists: Combined number of tackles and assisted tackles over the course of a college game.
