When you choose to submit an entry the requisite entry amount will be debited from your SportsMillions Account and you enter the respective game. All entries are final. No refunds will be issued.
To be eligible to submit an entry or to receive any prize, you may be required to provide SportsMillions with additional documentation and/or information to verify your identity as the Accountholder, and to provide proof that all eligibility requirements are met. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person named on the profile of the Account the entry was submitted, or if possession of the Account itself is contested and, in SportsMillions’ sole opinion, sufficiently uncertain, the name in which the email address on file was registered with the email service provider. SportsMillions reserves the right not to award a Prize to an individual it believes in its sole discretion did not submit the winning entry.
Prizes of any kind will only be awarded if the respective entry is settled. We reserve the right to cancel entries at any time. In the event of a cancellation, all entry amounts will be refunded to the entrants except as specifically provided in these Terms. After each game ends, the winners remain subject to final verification.
What happens with postponed/suspended matches?
If a match is postponed or suspended and the completion of that match does not occur within 24 hours from the initial scheduled time, legs for the match will be graded as Void.
Shortened matches that are still official will score as usual and be counted toward entries.
Once winners are notified and prizes are awarded, the scoring results will not be changed regardless of any official adjustments made by the professional leagues, though we reserve the right to make adjustments based on errors or irregularities in the transmission of information to us from our stats provider or in our calculation of results.
Prizes and awards offered for each game (“Prize”, “Prizes”) will be established, published, and made available to Users with the creation of a new game (“Win Table”). Win Tables are published prior to SportsMillions opening the respective game to User entries.
SportsMillions will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all Prizes are awarded within forty-eight (48) hours following the conclusion of each game.
SportsMillions may, in its sole and absolute discretion, require the User to execute a separate release of claims as a condition of being awarded any prize, receiving any payout, or continuing to use the SportsMillions platform. All prizes will be directed into your Account.
To the extent that SportsMillions offers “live” statistics before or during gameplay and or game entry, all “live” statistics, scoring and other information provided through SportsMillions and related information sources are unofficial. Further, during certain Contests, SportsMillions may be reliant on third-party operators to provide “live scoring” of certain sporting events and matches. At times, you may not be able to see or access the most up-to-date information or “live scoring” for the relevant sporting event or match. Regardless of the reason for the delay in information, SportsMillions shall not be liable for any such delay in provision of information or “live scoring.”
SportsMillions may also offer historical statistics during a User’s selection of a roster. SportsMillions is reliant upon third-party operators for this historical information. Offerings of historical statistics may contain errors or omissions due to any of a number of factors out of SportsMillions’ control. Regardless of the reason for errors or omissions in historical statistics, SportsMillions shall not be liable for a User’s reliance on historical statistics.
“Live scoring,” information, statistics and their respective components are offered for informational and/or entertainment purposes only and are not used to determine the results of games. Neither SportsMillions nor its third-party providers warrant or make any representations of any kind with respect to the information provided through the App and/or Site and related information sources. SportsMillions and its third-party providers shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness, or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the Site and related information sources, shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information, nor shall SportsMillions be responsible for any errors or losses you suffer or any other issues that result therefrom.
SportsMillions takes every effort to ensure that accurate, up-to-date scoring is applied across all games. However, SportsMillions does not guarantee the accuracy of any scoring or stat corrections. Stat corrections posted by SportsMillions’ third-party data provider (30) or more minutes following the official conclusion of the sporting event or competition will not be retroactively applied to entries and not be taken into consideration for determining how to score the Game.
Scoring
We endeavour to promptly settle Games and distribute prizes, but it is also important to us to make sure we do so accurately. Normally, any scoring changes or stat corrections provided by our partners after a Match has ended and SportsMillions has settled the Game and/or the corresponding Legs will not impact the already settled Game. However, SportsMillions reserves the right in its sole discretion to revise scores after they are released in the unlikely event of potential scoring error by a provider or SportsMillions. In those circumstances, the Game results may be altered, and Entries or Awards may be reversed and redone, based on the correction.
If a league declares a match "postponed", then the statistics generated in the sporting event before that point will count toward the contest. Any statistics generated when the sporting event resumes will count only if the match resumes within 24 hours from the original starting time.
Incorrectly posted results
SportsMillions reserves the right in its sole discretion to revise scores after they are released in the unlikely event of potential scoring error by a provider or SportsMillions. In those circumstances, the Game results may be altered, and Entries or Awards may be reversed and redone, based on the correction.
After you create an Account, you will be able to visit the Site or App and view the Pick'em Contests available for entry. Pick'em Contests require an entry fee. All entry fees are fixed, known, and posted in advance of you submitting an entry. It is your responsibility to know and understand the rules and required entry fees for any given Contest. Rules for Contests, which may be updated from time to time at SportsMillions' sole discretion, may be found at the applicable link on the Site or App. If the Rules for a Contest conflict with these Terms, the Rules for the Contest will control to the extent of the conflict.
Please note that you must meet all eligibility requirements and comply with all applicable rules to enter a Contest or be eligible to win a Prize. Due to restrictions in certain states, territories, and jurisdictions, residents of excluded areas are not eligible to participate in our Contests. SportsMillions reserves the right to withhold Prizes if there is any suspicion that you have not met all eligibility requirements. If, after an investigation, SportsMillions determines that you are eligible to participate and receive Prizes, your prize will be awarded. However, if SportsMillions later discovers that you did not meet eligibility requirements after receiving your Prize or withdrawing Prize funds from your Account, SportsMillions may, at its sole discretion, reclaim the funds from your Account or request that your bank freeze the account where the funds were deposited and return the funds to SportsMillions.
Contests offered through the Services are contests of skill. Each Contest is governed by specific rules, which may be updated from time to time. Winners are determined based on objective criteria outlined in the Contest rules and related documentation. Contest winners are those who, through their skill and knowledge of relevant sports information and fantasy sports rules, achieve a winning result according to the Contest's scoring rules. The Services may not be used for any form of gambling, sports betting, or other games of chance.
Standard Payouts include the entry fee being paid back.

Can I edit an entry I've already submitted?
All entries are final once entered. No entries may be edited or cancelled for any reason.
How are overtime stats handled?
Stats accumulated during overtime don't count.
What happens in the event of a voided pick?
If a voided pick makes an entry invalid (see lineup restrictions), the entry will be considered Void, and the fee will be refunded. If not, for every voided leg the multiplier will be reduced by 50%.
All entries must include active picks from at least two different teams. All entries also require 2+ active picks to grade as Win or Loss. Additionally, you may only use the same player once per entry.
Ex: Pat Mahomes 'Higher,' Tyreek Hill 'Higher,' Jalen Hurts 'Higher.' Jalen Hurts' pick voids. The entire entry would refund, as we cannot pay out, or collect, on an entry that only includes active picks from a single team, regardless of whether those picks won or lost.

Ex: If you have LeBron 'Lower' than 35.5 points, you may not have LeBron 'Lower' than 10.5 rebounds in the same entry.
There is a limit to the dollar amount that a user can play on a single entry. Limits are variable depending on the sport and are subject to change.
SportsMillions reserves the right to add, edit, or remove players from the lobby at any time, for any reason. Higher/lower projections can and will change throughout the week. Once an entry is submitted, that is the number at which your entry will be graded.
For example, if you submit an entry that contains Lamar Jackson higher than 215.5 passing yards on Friday, and on Sunday his projection is now 225.5, your pick will be graded on the 215.5 number.
What kind of stats can be used for picks?
We usually stick to common stats like shots, points, receiving yards, assists, rebounds, hits etc.
What happens if my player doesn't play?
All picks will be valid if a player plays in a game but exits early due to injury or otherwise. If the player does not play, the affected legs will be considered void.
SportsMillions reserves the right to cancel Pick'em Contests at its sole discretion, without any restrictions. If you have paid an entry fee for a Pick'em Contest and it is canceled by SportsMillions, the entry fee amount will be credited to your SportsMillions account balance.
Typically, we would exercise this right in situations where there were issues with our services, events that affected the outcomes of sports, or concerns about the contest's integrity. We would also cancel if we believe an entry violates the rules. Additionally, SportsMillions reserves the right to void any pick due to a projection error. Entries containing clear and obvious errors will be voided.
Any picks made after the start of a game or event will be marked as Void.
