Spins & Wins - Terms & Conditions

The promotion (“the Promotion”) is open to registered members (“Eligible Entrants”) between 00:00 on 25 November 2024, PST and 23:59 on 29 December 2024, PST (“the Promotional Period”).
The Promotion includes thirteen (13) seven (7)-day tournaments (each a “Weekly Tournament”) and a total of one hundred-one (101) daily prize drops (each a “Daily Prize Drop”) which will run weekly throughout the Promotional Period. The Promotional Period is divided into thirteen (13) stages, each stage comprising of one (1) week (every one (1) week shall be referred to as a “Stage”), whereby each week within a Stage shall be a qualifying week (hereinafter each a “Qualifying Week”).
To participate in any Weekly Tournament or Daily Prize Drop in the Promotion, players must open any of the participating games and make one Qualifying Weekly Spin or One Qualifying Day Spin (as defined below) as applicable.
This promotion operates across all brands offered by us, and its prize pool is offered on a pooled basis. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that this prize pool is available across all brands offered by us.
The total prize pool for the entire Promotion is 604,500,000 Gold Coins.
The total prize pool for each Stage of the Promotion combined is GC 23,300,000.
The Promotion prizes will be awarded to players in the form of a fixed coins amount.

Mechanics:

Weekly Tournaments:

Qualifying Weekly Spins means at least one spin of the minimum Gold Coin size on the participating game(s) during the applicable Qualifying Week.

Each Qualifying Week within the Promotional Period includes one (1) Weekly Tournament.
One (1) Qualifying Weekly Spin may allow player to rank on the leaderboard.
For players to be eligible to participate in the Weekly Tournaments, the player is required to play at least one Qualifying Weekly Spin. The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the score. The score is based on the highest single spin win amount on any participating game adjusted to the size of the spin.
The leaderboard is updated in real time and players can view the real time leaderboard in game at any time of their own choosing when playing the participating game(s).
In the event that two (2) or more players finish a Weekly Tournament on the same leaderboard position, the player who has achieved the score first, will receive the higher prize.
Prizes are awarded to players as a fixed amount.

How players may participate in Weekly Tournaments:

A player must play at least one Qualifying Weekly Spin on any of the participating game(s) and must get at least one (1) in-game win to qualify for the Weekly Tournament.
The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score showed on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Weekly Tournament.
The higher the value of the amount the player wins in one single spin relative to the player’s spin size, the higher the player’s score would be.

Daily Prize Drops:

Qualifying Day Spin means at least one spin of the minimum Gold Coin size on the participating game(s) on the specific calendar day the Daily Prize Drop(s) will occur on.

Each Qualifying Week within the Promotional Period includes seven (7) Daily Prize Drops (each a “Daily Prize Drop Day”).
One (1) Qualifying Day Spin (as defined above) may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each Daily Prize Drop.
The random Daily Prize Drop rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The prize table updates in real time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
Prizes will be awarded as per the ‘Prizes’ tab, found in each of the participating games.
Prizes are awarded to players as a fixed amount.
A player may win multiple Daily Prize Drops each Daily Prize Drop Day. A player may win across all brands offered by us.
For players to be eligible to participate in the Daily Prize Drops, the player is required to play at least one Qualifying Day Spin.
The Daily Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 11:59 PST; or (ii) when there are no more prizes left.
Each Daily Prize Drop has a total expected prize pool that is available to be awarded. While the aim is to award each Daily Prize Drop, there may be an undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Daily Prize Drop, as Prize Drop Prizes are awarded in an automated and randomized manner that is not under our control. We make no guarantee that all Prize Drop Prizes will be awarded each day.
At the conclusion of the Promotional Period, any unawarded Daily Prize Drops will be calculated and a one-off booster tournament will be held on one of the brands offered by uswhich will award any unawarded Daily Prize Drops.

How players may participate in Daily Prize Drops:

A player must play at least one Qualifying Day Spin.
Any Qualifying Day Spin played on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during the promotion period.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: WEEKS 1 - 13: Including Weekly Tournaments and Daily Prize Drops

In order to be eligible to participate in the Weekly Tournaments and Daily Prize Drops Promotions a player shall be required to play a Qualifying Weekly Spin to participate in the Weekly Tournaments and a Qualifying Day Spin to participate in the Daily Prize Drops.
A Qualifying Weekly Spin shall also constitute a Qualifying Daily Spin on the specific day that the qualifying spin is made.

Week 9-10-11-12-13: Penguins Christmas Party Time, Big Bass Xmas Extreme, Santa's Xmas Rush, Christmas Big Bass Bonanza, Sweet Bonanza Xmas, Starlight Christmas, Bigger Bass Blizzard - Christmas Catch, Christmas Carol Megaways.

Week 10: Monday, December 02, 2024, 00:00 PST – Sunday, December 08, 2024, 23:59 PST.

Week 12: Monday, December 16, 2024, 00:00 PST – Sunday, December 22, 2024, 23:59 PST.

WEEKLY TOURNAMENTS

Win criteria: Highest single spin win amount adjusted for spin size.
Prizes: Weekly tournament of GC 15,000,000.

Win criteria: Any Qualifying Day Spin in the participating games may trigger a random coins prize.
Prizes: Available weekly prize pool of 31,500,000 Gold Coins in total, daily prize drops of 4,500,000 Gold Coins across 237 prizes.

General Terms & Conditions

Prizes will be credited to winners’ account (as applicable) promptly.
Any customer deemed to be abusing this promotion will be removed from future promotions, prizes won during the promotion will be forfeited and we may suspend or close the account of that customer.
We reserve the right to withdraw, change or amend any promotion at any time.
